We are aware of an incident that affected outbound calls earlier this morning, linked to an MSO that began at 10:58. One of our outbound call suppliers has confirmed the issue was caused by that MSO and has since been resolved. An RFA will follow.

We are actively monitoring the service and waiting for call traffic to return to normal levels.
