Mobile call issues 15/10/2026

We are aware of an issue affecting incoming calls from EE and other mobile network providers across multiple locations. The issue has been reported to IP Exchange, who have advised that it may be related to a fault on another network provider’s network, rather than an outage on the IP Exchange network. Investigations are ongoing, and we will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
